Terms of business

These terms govern the engagement between Primliv Ltd. and the client commissioning the work. They are intentionally short.

1. Scope: defined in writing per project. Anything outside the agreed scope is a variation, costed before we proceed.

2. Payment: 50% on signature, balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. UK clients in GBP, others in USD or EUR by arrangement.

3. IP: rights to the final delivered work transfer to the client on full payment. Unused footage and project files remain with Primliv. We may use stills and short cuts for our showreel unless explicitly restricted.

4. Cancellation: cancellation within 14 days of a shoot forfeits 50% of the production fee. Costs already committed (locations, talent, kit) are payable in full.

5. Liability: Primliv's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

6. Governing law: England and Wales.
