Privacy policy

Primliv collects only the data you give us directly through forms or email, plus standard server logs and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.

What we collect: name, email, company and project brief when you contact us. IP address and browser metadata in server logs (kept 30 days). Aggregated analytics about which pages get visited (no personal identifiers).

Why: to reply to enquiries, send invoices, send a delivery, and improve the site.

How long: client correspondence kept for the duration of a project plus 7 years for accounting. Analytics retained for 14 months. Server logs for 30 days.

Your rights: ask us what we have, ask us to delete it, ask us not to email you again. Write to privacy@primliv.com.

Sub-processors: our email is hosted by a UK provider. Forms submit to a UK-based mailbox. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.
